We just finished reading a very realistic story of the Jamestown colony (Blood On The River). We also watched a film that is more fantasy than truth (Disney’s Pocahontas). What are some similarities and differences between the book and the movie?

In the story Blood on the River Pocahontas is only ten or nine years old and does`t love John Smith but in the movie Pocahontas is more John Smiths age and loves him also it never said anything about Navatar getting shot in the book but in the movie it happen

In the book pocahontas she was much older. And Jhonnsmith can’t speak the native laguge. One of thte simularitys is that there is a captin ratclif and he is the govaner. But there is no Samul Collier.
