I think Jhonn smith is different from the gentleman because Jhonn smith is willing to do anything he is brave and the gentleman only want to go home and they exspect the commoners to do all the work.
I Agree with Katie I think the gentleman think the commoners will do everything and and are not being brave or risking things for others. But john Smith is being brave and is risking and willing to do thinks to help others

John Smith is different from the Gentleman because he will help others and he will do the fair jobs that he needs to do and he will not whine like the gentleman and we`ve noticed that John Smith is always right and the Gentleman are always wrong.

i think Jhon Smith should be the leader because he knows the lauge and what to do to deffend them and master wingfield dosn’t know much and all he really is doing is being mean and sneaking food to him and his page!!!!

I think John Smith is different from the Gentleman because,
all the gentle do is sit around and let people do their work for them. John Smith is a very good person to have in the Indian land because he can understand what the Indians are saying.
So John Smith is different from the Gentleman because John Smith has more knowledge and is very smarter than the Gentleman.
